1. Acceptance of Terms and Age Requirements

This document establishes the General Terms and Conditions of the contractual relationship between A HIGHER ELEVATION, LLC dba MEJORGANIC (hereinafter, "MEJORGANIC"), and the natural persons (hereinafter, "CUSTOMER") who express their intention to purchase products by means of a request made via this website. MEJORGANIC agrees to deliver to the CUSTOMER the products that they have ordered through the Website in return for payment of a specific price. By accessing www.mejorganic.com and/or purchasing any products from this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Due to the nature of our products, you must be at least 21 years old to use this website or purchase any items. By accessing our website and placing an order, you certify that you are of legal age required by your state, province, country, or other legal body with applicable jurisdiction to purchase these products. If an order is placed for a product to be sent to a country where it is illegal MEJORGANIC accepts no responsibility for products intercepted or lost in transit. We refuse to sell cannabis seeds to anyone we have reason to believe is not purchasing for personal use only or to use in a country where ownership or cultivation is a criminal offense.

2. Legal Disclaimer and Use of Products

MEJORGANIC sells cannabis seeds strictly as collectable adult genetic preservation souvenirs. All information on our website is provided for informative purposes only. We do not encourage the use, supply, or production of illegal or controlled substances in any way.

It is the sole responsibility of the CUSTOMER to ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase and possession of cannabis seeds. Mejorganic accepts no responsibility or liability for any actions taken by the CUSTOMER in violation of these laws.

Products sold are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease.

3. Order Processing and Cancellations

All orders placed on our website are subject to availability and acceptance. It is the CUSTOMER's responsibility to provide accurate payment information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, suspected fraud or bad faith use of the service by the CUSTOMER. If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method as soon as possible within 30 days after the withdrawal.

The CUSTOMER specifically accepts to receive electronic invoices in relation to purchases made on www.mejorganic.com. The invoice will be sent to the email address provided by the CUSTOMER during the registration process. It is the CUSTOMER's responsibility to provide accurate payment information.

4. Shipping and Risk of Loss

We ship our products using USPS. It is the CUSTOMER's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Once the package has been handed to the courier and a tracking number has been generated, MEJORGANIC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or seized packages during transit.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable and collectable nature of cannabis genetics, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for seeds that have been germinated.

If you believe your seeds were damaged during transit or received incorrect items, please contact our support team with photographic documentation at Contact@mejorganic.com within seven (7) calendar days of receiving your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not refund the cost of returning goods. If the CUSTOMER exercises the return policy, they will be responsible for the cost of sending the product back to us. If the consumer has made a payment, the company shall refund this amount as soon as possible within 30 days after receipt of the return.

The company may exclude the return policy if the company has clearly mentioned this at least in good time before the conclusion of the agreement. The exclusion of the RETURN POLICY is only possible for the following products:

  • those designed by the company according to the consumer's specifications

  • those that are of an obvious personal nature

  • those that cannot be returned due to their nature

  • individual newspapers and magazines

  • those for which it cannot be established that the product is the original product delivered by www.mejorganic.com

6. Offers and Promotions

All offers and promotions are presented with a clearly defined validity period and any applicable conditions. Every effort will be made so that product and service descriptions are accurate, complete, and sufficient to enable an informed evaluation by the CUSTOMER. All promotions are subject to stock. At times we may run out of the advertised breeders or strains. In the event that this happens, we shall replace the promotional items with other promotional stock.

7. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and seed genetics descriptions, is the property owned by or licensed to MEJORGANIC or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or sell any portion of this site without express written permission from MEJORGANIC. This extends to the design, look and feel of MEJORGANIC all photographs on it and its marketing materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MEJORGANIC, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of any products. Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
